A modular brand identity built to scale from a single Brooklyn café to a 12-city specialty roaster.

The problem

Founders had a beautiful product and a logo on a napkin. Each new café was being designed from scratch.

The approach

Built a flexible identity system — primary brand + co-brand framework — and a packaging system that holds across origins, blends and limited drops.
